AccomodationAccommodation All participants will be accommodated in the Tre Falke School at Frederiksberg. Sønderjyllands Allé 4, 2000 Frederiksberg, unless they specify other wishes (see below). The accommodation will be in large classrooms on foldable beds, 4-6 persons per room. A few hospital beds and box mattress beds are reserved for those in particular need of these. This will be an option available in the second entry form. The school is fully accessible by wheelchair and there are many standard toilets and three toilets for disabled people. Shower facilities and more accessible restrooms are at the stadium 100m away. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the school. All meals include beverages. We also offer alternative accommodation at a nearby hostel, where a single room costs DKK 3000, and a double room will cost DKK 4,900 for the entire period. NB: if you want to book one or two extra nights because of certain flight times, there is and extra charge of DKK 500 per night for a single room, and DKK 750 for a double room. Training VenueThe stadium is right next to the school. - The official address is: Frederiksberg Idrætspark Sønderjyllands Allé 6 DK-2000 Frederiksberg Entry FeeAn entry fee of DKK 2,000 per person – both for athletes, coaches and assistants – is to be paid by 2nd entry. The entry fee covers accommodation at Tre Falke School from Sunday July 8th to Sunday July 15th 2012, as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner, welcome package, tour programme, farewell party, transportation from and to Kastrup Airport or the Central Train Station. TransportThe Organizing Committee will arrange free transportation between Copenhagen International Airport and/or Copenhagen Main Railway Station, and Tre Falke School. For those who choose to stay at the hostel, the transportation fee will be DKK 900,- per person, which covers transportation from Copenhagen International Airport to the hostel and back, as well as transportation from the hostel to the training venue – one return trip each day.
